Terms and Conditions for all Photography Sessions
It is understood that Island Life HH LLC is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic and/or video services requested on this Booking.
Island Life HH LLC will provide access to your private online gallery within 1-2 weeks of your photography shoot. During peak season this may extend to 2-3 weeks depending on staff and other issues out of our control.
Your private online gallery will be available for 6 months from the time of set up. If your gallery needs re-setup after 6 month you will be charged $29.95 to set up a new gallery.
We remove your photos from our server after 12 months and would not be able to provide you access to them after that time frame.
Island Life HH LLC may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of Photographer’s illness or of scheduling conflicts. In the event of such substitution, Island Life HH LLC warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be a competent professional.
If the Island Life HH LLC cannot perform this booking due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the booking. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event that Island Life HH LLC fails to perform for any other reason, Island Life HH LLC shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

Terms and Conditions for all Wedding Photography
It is understood that Island Life HH LLC is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic and/or video services requested on this Booking.
Upon booking, Island Life HH LLC shall reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, unless Island Life HH LLC is able to fully replace the cancelled reservation, all retainers are non-refundable, even if the date of the wedding is changed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason.
No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
Island Life HH LLC reserves the right to use photographs and/or reproductions for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Island Life HH LLC.

Client is aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client releases Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
The charges in this booking are based on Island Life HH LLC Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs or videos elsewhere without Island Life HH LLC permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
This booking incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and is governed by the laws of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Any modifications of this booking or Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
